Under limited direction of the Vice President of Operations of Beacon Communities, the Regional Property Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the properties assigned.
This will include assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the housing programs.
SCOPESupervisory Responsibility - Up to 7 direct reports overseeing assigned areas of AH operations.
Budget Responsibility - Responsibility for community adherence to operating budget Qualifications :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation - Bachelor's in business or related field or commensurate work experience.
Experience/Training - 5 or more years' property management experience with an emphasis in HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit affordable housing.
Minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory role providing leadership in affordable housing.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Fair Housing certification, Certified Professional of Occupancy, Certified Occupancy Specialist, prefer Accredited Resident Manager, National Compliance Professional Executive Level.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
