CUSTOMER SUPPORT / DATA ENTRY COORDINATOR - SALESFORCE EXP.
PREFERREDPLEASANTON, CA Project Description:
Provide world class customer support to direct customers worldwide and ZELTIQ domestic Sales team.
Verification and documentation of data to maintain accurate records.
This position requires extreme attention to detail in data collection and the ability to follow strict regulatory processes.
Verification of cycle card values.
Update credit records as appropriate with cycle card value discrepancies.
Receive shipment of product and maintain records regarding contents.
Coordinate delivery of product to secure location.
Maintain accurate records, tracking, and documentation of product serial numbers within compliance and regulatory requirements.
Maintain customer equipment cards and ensures accuracy of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding serial numbers (Salesforce.
com CRM).
Communicate daily progress with Customer Operations Manager and assist in monthly verification of program efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Detail oriented is a key requirement.
Individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to read, understand and abide by company procedures.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and report on findings.
Ability to perform all duties in compliance with FDA's Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which ZELTIQ complies.
Education /
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years data entry experience required.
Able to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
Excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in processing product and documentation of completion.
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
Experience with saleforce.
com preferred.
