General Laborer

Hours are 12am-12pm, overtime and weekend work may be required.
JOB SUMMARY
Supports plant operations by assisting with material flow and clean-up operations
ESSENTIAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Maintain and clean-up Plant.
2. Assisting with material flow, shovels and removes spilled material from underneath plants and conveyors
3. Support Plant Operation.
4. Operate Water Truck
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assists other plant personnel as directed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have the ability to understand standard hand-signals. Must have excellent visual-spatial perception and motor skills coordination. Good verbal and written communications skills for dealing with plant production personnel and plant managers
UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires knowledge of and awareness of construction site hazards. Will be required to wear protective gear when working at construction site. May be required to lift and transport sample buckets and bags of up to 100 pounds. Some travel and overtime is required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Other duties may be assigned as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School graduation or its equivalent qualifications from training and work experience including course in safety practices are preferred.
Experience: One (1) to two (2) years experience in construction or construction materials is preferred.
License: A valid driver license is required
