This person needs to have deep knowledge of systems & infrastructure provisioning, be up to date of industry trends, experience of designing & implementing solutions for various cloud services. This person would be involved in architecture, design, prototype, development and test of the network services.
Qualifications and
Experience: Bachelor in Computer Sc, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
A minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in design and implementing provisioning solutions on various cloud services (IaaS/PaaS).
Ability to lead small team(s), plan and manage projects to successful completion.
Deep knowledge of systems, virtualization, storage, network, resource abstraction and virtualization.
Ability to architect and design secure solutions for large enterprise.
Software development experience and skills using cloud friendly tools and languages like Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Ruby, Python, SQL and Java.
Skill/knowledge about basic system administrator for major OSs, Linux and Windows.

Develop engineered solutions to challenges faced by Oracle Managed Cloud Services business; responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
Work closely with architects, product management, IT and Operations teams for architecting, designing and developing automation/solutions for Cloud Services
Participate in transformational projects to deliver a scalable and extensible next generation Elastic Computing platform to grow Cloud Services Business efficiently
Provide level 3 support and root cause analysis of systems related issues on the Cloud infrastructure
Lead small teams in delivering solutions for business problems.

Mandatory Skills:
Development experience in automation using Ruby, Python, Perl, Java etc
Experience using cloud Automation tools like Chef, Ansible, Puppet etc.
Ability to lead and manage projects with small team sizes.
Use of different development models Agile, waterfall, prototyping etc.
Experience with leading scrum meetings and manage source code control systems.
Basic system administration skills for major OSs, Linux and Windows.
