Physical Therapist for SNF
We are working on a part-time position for a registered Physical Therapist to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Pleasanton, CA. We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate and caring individual to join this facility and the exceptional team of therapists.
Your passion for working with Senior Adults and your physical therapy skills will enable you to provide direct patient care to individuals with physical disabilities and/or functional limitations.
Job Description
Provides Physical Therapy services in accordance with Physical Therapy Department procedures
Supervises and directs PTA's in the implementation of the treatment plan
Performs Evaluations
Works under the guidelines of the Physical Therapy Department procedures regarding documentation of Physical Therapy services
Develops and Implements effective Treatment plans to restore physical function of patients
Task delegation and supervision of physical therapist assistants.
You will educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
License or Certification:
- Must be in possession of current state license or certification on or before the first day of employment.
- Successful completion of a degree from an accredited therapy program or one that is determined to be substantially equivalent to a U.S.accredited program.
Excellent compensation, benefits and continued education.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
