Foundry Quality Manager

The Judge Group is currently seeking a Quality Manager (Foundry Experience) for a Fortune 500 parts manufacturer in the San Francisco Bay area of California.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and control of the entire Quality Control system of the division.
Please Note:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or Engineering related is required Relocation assistance will be offered Prior Quality Manager experience in a Foundary environment is required
Responsibilities:
-Develops and controls the total quality system of the division-Establishes, develops, and oversees the product and quality programs -Issues process quality specifications -Works cohesively with the Quality teams with planning, scheduling, and coordination of Quality programs -Trains and supervises other members of the Quality team -Develops techniques for inspection and sampling -Develops Quality plans to meet company standards -Analyzes Quality data and conducts research on defects -Recommends modifications in the Quality processes and products -Conducts Quality audits regularly -Ensures the reliability of the Quality programs -Works cohesively with the sales and engineering teams on multiple projects -Works with the purchasing department for raw materials and supplies -Reviews all customer complaints and warranty claims -Maintains an exceptional material review program Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering related discipline REQUIRED -Knowledge and experience working in a foundry setting -5
years of experience of Quality management -Exceptional knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 10012 -Proficient in NADCAP standards/requirements -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
