Purpose and Description:
Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, escalating through defined channels as needed.
Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Essential Functions:
Work the collection of data to populate the workbooks
Meet with application leads to vet the information collected in the workbook
Partners with IBM to conduct deep dive meetings to review solution designs with the application leads
Works with IBM and app leads to gather missing information needed to complete solution design and coordinates any remediation efforts.
Works with IBM and applications teams to schedule testing and validation exercises
Establishes joint meetings between application teams, IBM and KP DR staff to review solution designs and approvals to move forward.
Works with application leads to coordinate and schedule yearly (or as needed) re-test.
Completes after work documentation and works any necessary remediation.
Serve as a consultant on any net new applications coming into the DR program for a DR solution.
Required
Experience:
Strong PM management skills
Able to multi-task effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to hold conversations with technical teams.
Strong technical aptitude, ability to learn quickly
Strong MS Excel skills: simple formulas, formatting, merging, and creating filters.
Strong organizational skills a must.
Great follow up skills and the ability to drive for results in a professional manner.
5-10 Years experience in a project management role
