Description
Pleasanton based Nolo, a division of Internet Brands, is currently seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager who will be responsible for providing the highest quality sales and service to current Nolo customers within an assigned team. This position requires a high level of customer interaction by providing exceptional sales and service. The Entry-Level Account Manager will manage all new customer on-boarding to ensure optimal success and adoption of best practices, identify up-sell opportunities or campaign adjustments, assist with or win back previous customers, as well as cross sell into other products/programs, assist with retentions, and coordinate with the assigned team Sales Reps to fulfill the customers needs.
Responsibilities:
- Complete on-boarding and help set the customer up for success.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities by understanding the customers current subscription and determining how Martindale can provide more value.
- Actively sell Web Hosting and other unpurchased services/products to existing base of assigned team accounts.
- Identify win back opportunities.
- Ongoing customer coaching on implementation of best practices and adoption rate to aid in higher conversion rates for attorneys and churn reduction.
- Utilizes resources, negotiation and problem solving skills in order to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Creates customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Generate reports to monitor team accounts, identify any need/opportunity for adjustments and create a solution with the assigned Sales Rep to implement, or executes independently.
- Assist in retention efforts, and surveying customers who have canceled to determine the cause of cancellation.
- Offer suggestions to management based on feedback from customer regarding the product(s).
- Act as back-up for any Sales Rep on assigned team.
- Track activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Learn, understand and communicate the applications, features, added value and benefits of using Martindale.
- Conducting online demos.
- Sending sales collateral, proposals, contracts and additional communications to prospects.
- Closing.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbally).
- Passion for making telephone calls and a strong closing instinct.
- Basic computer skills (including Gmail, Excel, Word, Internet).
- Ability to learn basic Martindale functionality and explain our programs to potential customers.
- High school Diploma (2 years of Higher Education preferred).
- 2 years of Sales or Telemarketing experience (phone experience preferred).
- Must be self-motivated.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Desire to learn and continually develop sales skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and online marketing/advertising a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
