What You Will Do Support the O&M safety program which includes complete enrollments, re-enrollments, manage certifications, manage Smartsheet tracker.
Order FR Clothing for O&M and Respective teams by completing orders, returns, exchanges, etc.
, for new hires and existing employees.
Organize and rename Internal and external documents and materials for our O&M team in ViewPoint for Projects.
Maintain numerous Smartsheet Trackers with up-to-date information including contact list, project addresses, and more.
Work with various O&M leaders to main contacts and safety registrations needed to work on our sites.
Assist Business Manager in any other administrative tasks.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support.
What Will Put You Ahead Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a construction environment.
