comJob DescriptionAs the Finance Supervisor / Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations in the United States.
Your expertise will contribute to our growth and ensure the success of our missionKey ResponsibilitiesPerform financial planning and analysis, including but not limited to, overseeing cash reconciliation, expense budget and control, fixed assets and depreciation control.
This duty includes assessing financial operations, identifying risks and challenges, and making best-practices recommendations.
Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements, and work closely with the global finance team to coordinate financial analysis across the company's global operations.
This duty includes organizing, analyzing, and maintaining financial records, and suggesting ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits.
Assist in financial reconciliation during the annual budget process.
This duty entails inspecting account books and accounting systems for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures and identifying potential risks for fraud.
Perform tax filing and comply with federal regulatory requirements.
The realm of this duty includes computing taxes owed, preparing tax returns, and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time.

QualificationsBachelor's or a higher degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years (60 full months) of full-time accounting and finance experience conducting financial analysis.
Working collaboratively in a complex, global, cross-functional environment with external auditors and tax firms.
Ensuring the timely identification of accounting matters for business entities in both the United States and China.
Demonstrable excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements and in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and finance and accounting ERP software.
