Answer Phones.
Identify and direct Sales Associates to their customer.
Run any necessary errand required by the Sales department.
Good organization and communication skills; ability to work independently, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure, and the ability to work and deal diplomatically with all levels of Company personnel and customers.
Relay messages in a timely manner.
Ordering of office supplies and equipment as needed.
