ResponsibilitiesProcess review/ recommendation on efficiencies Responsible for assessing current operational processes; facilitate discussions with team members and clients to assist in determining the baseline of workflow and current processesPerform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine process gaps; consolidate findings and recommend areas of improvement Develop and present operations plan to implement recommended changes to leadership inclusive of timeline Design and test best practices/recommended improvementsAccounting Responsible to support client accounting needsMay lead other team members in handling accounting activitiesAnalyze and record financial statements; recommend areas to streamline costs or to enhance revenuePrepare financial reports Prepare financial reports to support audits; work with auditors to provide dataPrepare financial reports to support tax obligationsIssue financial analysis of financial statements on monthly and as-needed basisComply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirementsSupport audit preparationsSupport tax preparationQualificationsBachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent, relevant experienceProject management - ability to oversee, plan, and highlight critical paths (resources and timelines)Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks (QBO preferred)Has experience managing multiple clients as a consultant or for a consulting firmDemonstrated expertise in Accounting Software (e.

Sage Intacct, JDE, etc.
