Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all patients by creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
Manage appointments seamlessly and promptly respond to patient messages to ensure patient satisfaction.
Use exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate and solve issues while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
Schedule doctors' appointments productively and minimize scheduling errors.
Ensure that patients are consistently attending their appointments and are finishing their care on time.
Build positive relationships with patients and resolve issues quickly and effectively to eliminate customer service issues.
Organize the flow of the office to ensure that all appointments, paperwork, and communications are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Customer-Facing Expert:
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, where you've honed your ability to create incredible experiences.
Organization Ninja:
Your organizational skills are legendary, and you can multitask like a pro.
