As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within our organization.
Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and supporting the achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Management of Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) Inspectors, including their weekly schedules, performance and quality control Management of Engineer(s) including workload, performance and quality control Meet with all independent contractors once a month on one of their assigned project sites to conduct the inspection with them and educate them on Best Management Practice (BMP) measures Supervision of Quick SWPPP's Post Construction Manager including monthly schedules, performance and quality control Visit a site once a month Management of QSP Whiteboard - Ensuring it is up to date and accurate Management of the Run Rate Schedule - Ensuring it is up to date and accurate The Run Rate Schedule tracks the financial performance of a company, using current financial information as a predictor of future performance Preparing and tracking proposals for potential new projects Management and tracking for all new projects awarded to Quick SWPPP including SWPPP's, WPCP's, etc.
Client communication / follow up to ensure Client needs Attend Client meetings with the Sales Director.
May be solo at times Weekly meetings with Sales Director and Administrative Manager to update/communicate status of all operations New hire training / coordination Conduct QSP inspections and prepare/send reports for projects assigned Learn and become sufficiently familiar with the State Water Board's Stormwater Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) Come into the Pleasanton office 3-5 times per week Address administrative items, such as agreements, change orders, and purchase orders Send Rain Event Action Plans (REAP) prior to qualifying storm events for projects under the old Construction General Permit (CGP) Management of Quick SWPPP's signage posted at a major of project sites Supervision of senior QSP managing Quick SWPPP's Milwaukee Inventory Application Send live job emails to the internal team when new jobs are awarded to Quick SWPPP Learn how to write Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Water Pollution Control Plans (WPCPs) Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to transcribe information accurately - Project coordination experience, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Event planning experience is preferred but not required If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
