As the accountable leader for this role, you will be responsible for driving the procurement strategy across our Brands, overseeing various crucial aspects such as Cost, Supply Robustness, Innovation, and Sustainability.
Your role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional value for our spend portfolio, which encompasses both raw materials and packaging, supporting revenue of approximately $500 million.
You will specifically focus on enhancing the performance and success of our key brands.

In this role, you will:

Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving positive results through teams in challenging and fast-paced environments.
The candidate should possess the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.

Strong change management capabilities with a history of achieving breakthrough performance improvements across teams.
The candidate should be adept at identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving transformative changes.

Extensive experience and proficiency in utilizing Sourcing / Procurement tools and methodologies, including RFP (Request for Proposal) management, commodity hedging (Resin and/or Oil), Cost Models / Should Cost / Clean Sheet analysis, negotiations, and contract management.
The candidate's expertise in these areas will be pivotal in optimizing procurement strategies.

Demonstrated commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills, highlighted by a proven ability to deliver significant financial results.
The candidate should possess a deep understanding of financial data and use it to drive strategic decision-making.

Exceptional communication skills at senior management levels, both internally and externally.
The candidate should have a track record of effectively managing and strategically influencing stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and drive accountability.

What we look for:

years of proven experience in a global, matrixed environment sourcing direct materials or supply chain management
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or Masters degree or MBA (Preferred)
Experience operating in a manufacturing environment, specifically in sourcing and managing direct materials such as Packaging and Raw Materials
Experience with Sourcing/Procurement tools and methodologies, including RFPs, Cost Models/Should Cost/Clean Sheet, Negotiations, and Contracts
Solid understanding of commodity hedging
Demonstrated experience driving positive results through teams in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Assertive and diplomatic, self-directed, able to manage up and down the organization effectively, and willing to hold self and others accountable.
Ability to drive change and breakthrough performance improvement across a team.
Sets or influences direction beyond own area of responsibility.

is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
Zone A:
$121,900 - $240,100 Zone B:
$111,700 - $220,100 Zone C:
$101,600 - $200,100 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
