Responsibilities:
o Partner with Supplier Management and Supplier Risk Compliance leads to develop and optimize programs and operationso Support activities related to program development and operationso Management and maintenance of supplier performance metrics and reportingo Support the analysis of program data and the presentation of key insightso Management and maintenance of supplier performance and supplier risk compliance operationso Leverage your knowledge of supplier management, including supplier risk compliance to help in the development and optimization of the company's supplier management practices.
o Interact with all levels of the organization to collaborate and shape the next level progression of these programs and operations.
o Support all facets of the programs from stakeholder engagement, gathering program requirements, collaborating on operational and system designs, developing analytic and reporting models, and compliance operations.
Program Manager - Supplier Management
Qualifications:
o 5
years of experience in hands-on experience with Supplier Risk Compliance Program Managemento Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent degree required.
o Interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and implement ideas in a dynamic changing environmento Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay process.
o Experience working in a Procurement organization is preferred.
o Ability to visually present and communicate data, analysis, and findings.
o Demonstrable understanding of business requirements gatheringo Effective communication (written and oral) skills.
o Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including advanced analytical and problem-solving skillso Proactive, result oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deliverables.
Recommended Skills Analytical Business Requirements Coordinating Creativity Critical Thinking Curiosity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
