months Purpose of Role:
The Client is looking for a skilled Project Manager who can assist in the scoping, management, and delivery of technical projects within the Integrated Care business unit.
The Project Manager's goal will be to ensure projects have a clearly defined scope and schedule, the resources delivering on a project are appropriately managed, and the final project is delivered on time and at or under a contractually defined budget.

Responsibilities:
Generate project plans and manage day-to-day activities Track resourcing and budget Coordinate with customers to define requirements, project scope and timelines Review, document and communicate changes in scope, status, schedule, and expense, both internally and externally Manage the needs of a project team, and coordinate with a Program Manager Collaborate with the Product team to ensure customer needs align with our roadmap Contribute to organizational development and process improvement Track action items and deliverables for internal and external teams Assist the Support team with management of customer support requests Prioritize work in support of release planning Professional Experience, Essential Skills, and Knowledge:
3-5 years' experience managing technical and/or enterprise-scale projects Demonstrable understanding of the core concepts of project management, including scoping, scheduling, and budget/resource management Proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary team, which could include contract and offshore resources Understand concepts related to protected health information (PHI), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the relation to successful project delivery Familiarity with multiple Agile methodologies Creative and critical thinking capabilities Experience with rapid development cycles Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as the related tools A background in health care/health insurance or a related field is not required, but would be highly desirable Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Business Process Improvement Critical Thinking Customer Demand Planning Customer Service Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
