We are looking for a Project Coordinator with excellent customer service to join our work family.
Position
Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all field crews and sub-contractor activities to complete each phase of construction.
Ensures all work orders and necessary paperwork is delivered to each in-house department and sub-contractors.
Resolves any conflicts in scheduling; corrects any miscommunications and maintains relationships with contractors to ensure production is able to move forward.
Position
Responsibilities:
Communication / Liaison with Customers and Field Crews/Sub-Contractors Interactions with customers via phone and email regarding project movement, answer questions, and resolve any issues with scheduling.
Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain and move production schedule.
Interactions with sub-contractors to define construction schedule.
Maintain working relationship to promote quality of work and scheduling efficiency.
Plans project schedule and reorganizes based upon workflow, project circumstances and vendor availability.
Produce and distribute work orders to field crews, sub-contractors and vendors.
Maintain construction file and update notes on project files.
Copy permits and all project paperwork to make complete and accurate job files.
Maintain and update job database.
Produce and maintain accurate construction files including contract addendums, revised plans, incident reports, material selections, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
1-3 related experience Strong attention to detail Ability to make decisions relative to scheduling.
Experience with Excel and Word.
Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Able to quickly react to a variety of situations.
Excellent communication skills - listening, conflict resolution, etc.
Detail oriented - must be able to keep accurate, detailed records.
