Compensation:
Salary Range 130,000 - ,140,000 - Depending on experience Additional perks:

Manages clinical staff in the provision of care and services according to professional standards of nursing practice, consistent with the agency's philosophy of care and county, state and federal laws and regulations, as applicable.
Assists in the development and implementation of policy and procedures consistent with current law.
Allocates department resources in an efficient and economic manner.
Collaborates with the agency team, professionals, consultants, and organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop support and coordination of patient care, related administrative functions and to represent the interests of the agency.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in CA is required.
Home Health additionally requires BS in health care related field and two years home health clinical experience.
Three years management experience required.
Two years home health clinical experience is required Job Type:
