As a Tax Product Analyst, provides critical insights into client experience and application health. This person is responsible for interpreting a variety of inputs to provide insights to the product team and act as a champion for the end user. This person will work closely with the Tax Product Managers and Tax Product Specialists to ensure that strategic vision is informed by the voice of the customer. A successful Tax Product Analyst must have a talent for collaboration, an ability to ruthlessly prioritize and the ability to find the unmet need in a user request. Your experience with payroll and tax products will help define new processes and build new tools. You will be expected to learn multiple software products and the processes associated with executing various functions. This role will improve the current user experience by communicating business needs, testing now products and processes, and partnering with operational teams to go live with these new products/processes. A successful Tax Product Analyst will have a basic understanding of payroll tax fundamentals, great attention to detail, advanced Excel expertise, and adaptable to change quickly.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the collection, monitoring, and analysis of data to formulate a point of view around user needs and help make informed decisions Partner with other departments as necessary to support the functionality of Tax systems IT:
Install and maintain integrated applications including development, testing and implementation as needed Learning and Development:
Participate in documenting processes, application configuration, and training materials for users Stay current on new features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements Participate in all testing by gathering metrics and validate end user experience Learn various tax processes to assist in product enhancements and process improvement Document results from all testing and effectively communicate to Tax Product team and Leaders Document processes associate to new product functions and product enhancements Participate in transition and training for new product functions and product enhancements Drive continuous improvement. Share lessons learned and contribute to the development of our product and processes Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Work Experience 5
years of experience within payroll industry Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, dependability, and follow through Ability to effectively solve problems by finding and using key resources Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially with Excel Strong mathematical skills Ability to analyze data for high-level problem resolution Open availability for shifts dependent on business needs Preferred Requirements:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
TaxEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
